Exchange and Return Policy
At Azyan, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your return within 15 days of the original purchase date.
Returns & Refund Policy:
Please note returns are only processed through our customer service team. Any other means of returns are currently not available.
• Lingerie, innerwear and beauty products are not eligible for return once sold.
• If you paid cash on delivery the refund will be processed to your bank account.
• Refunds will be made according to the payment method used.
• All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags still attached.
To initiate a return, please follow the steps below:
Email our customer service team at [email protected] to request a return authorization number (RA#).
Once you receive your RA# label, securely pack the item(s) with the original invoice and RA# included in the package and the package will be picked from you by the courier company.
Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded. In the event of return by the customer, SAR 25 plus vat will be applied for returned shipment from customer.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure that they are in their original condition. If everything checks out, we will process your refund within 15 business days.
Please note the following:
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
If you received free shipping on your original order and your return causes your order total to fall below the free shipping threshold, the original shipping charge will be deducted from your refund.
We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during the return shipping process.
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like a different size or color, please place a new order online.
